Coach Flynn has coached special teams for 17 seasons. He started his coaching career at the high school level for 12 seasons, primarily working as a special team's coordinator, wide receiver coach, and defensive backs coach. In 2016, Coach Flynn joined the Saint Xavier University coaching staff as the defensive backs and special team’s coach. Currently, Coach Flynn is entering his 4th season at Saint Xavier University where he will coach the wide receivers and the special teams.
As a collegiate coach, Coach Flynn's kickers and punters have earned numerous Player of the Week nominations as well as numerous all-conference awards. Since joining the Saint Xavier University coaching staff, Coach Flynn has traveled across the country meeting with numerous high school, college, and professional special team’s coaches to learn the intricacies of special teams. During the off-season,
