Brad Dixon is the Head Football Coach, Head Boys Track Coach, Strength & Conditioning Coordinator, and Physical Education teacher at Camp Point Central High School in West Central Illinois. Coach Dixon has been coaching football for the last 17 years, including the last 9 years as Head Football Coach at Camp Point Central. During those 9 years, the Panthers have won 6 conference championships, went to the IHSA playoffs 9 straight years, made a quarterfinal appearance, and two semi-final appearances in the IHSA playoffs prior to a State Championship appearance in 2018. The Panthers also have the 3rd most wins (85) in Illinois Class 1A football during those 9 years as well. 5 years ago, Coach Dixon gave up coaching High School Boys Basketball after 13 seasons to become the Head Boys Track Coach at Camp Point Central. Over the past four years, Coach Dixon has made Rest and Speed THE priority in every athlete that he trains, and it has made a major impact on how he now runs his high school football and track programs. He is also RPR Level 3 Certified and consults with many football programs across the country about RPR implementation, training philosophies, and practice organization. Coach Dixon is also a Registered IHSA Basketball Official, keeping him busy during all three seasons. He has been married for almost 9 years to his beautiful wife Allison and they have two children, Autumn (5) and Christian (4), and one on the way. They reside in Camp Point, IL.
